  4. Closing Date
  5. Date of Possession
  6. Contingencies

Home Warranty Plans

Home warranty plans go a long way to alleviate some concerns and risks. For a modest price, a seller can provide the buyer a one-year warranty covering specified heating, plumbing, electrical, water heater or appliance breakdowns. Typically, coverage commences at closing. In ALL cases, there are important exclusions (i.e.: appliances and systems must be operative at the time the coverage begins).
